Features
The Mamiya Sekor AF 80mm F2.8 D L/S will be the first leaf shutter
lens in Mamiya’s AF lens lineup.
The leaf shutter, which has been developed
and manufactured in-house, is capable of shutter speeds from 1/800 second to 16
seconds, and has flash synchronization at all speeds. It allows more control for
shooting during the day on location where daylight flash synchronization is
required as well as for flash photography in studios. It has also been designed
for easy and simple operation when used with the focal-plane shutter system of
the 645AFDIII.
The lens has an Angle of view of 47 degrees in the 6 x 4.5
format, the equivalent of a 50mm lens in the 35mm format.
As the occurrence
of Aberration is minimal and balance is of high quality, natural depictions are
effectively portrayed. Switching between manual and auto focusing is achieved by
simply moving the focusing ring back and forward.

Mamiya Sekor AF 45mm F2.8 D (Prototype)
# Features
The
Mamiya Sekor AF 45mm F2.8 D lens has been designed with a 16 Bit CPU, which
provides finer lens characteristic information and faster communication in
digital photography when used in conjunction with the Mamiya ZD, 645AFDIII and
645AFDII.
Its construction using low-Dispersion glass means that chromatic
aberration is minimized, and a floating mechanism ensures that high quality
images are achieved evenly from center to periphery.
This lens has an angle
of view of 76 degrees in the 645 format, the equivalent to a 28mm lens in the
35mm format. The Mamiya Sekor AF 45mm F2.8 D is especially suited to
architectural photography and other subjects dominated by sharp lines. It also
features the one touch switching ring for easy changing between manual and auto
focus.
