Hi Pete,
Is the gallery that has the problem private?
Jsmug can only (currently) query image data from public galleries.
The gallery may have a password. Also not sure how the smugmug islands settings would affect this either.

I figured it out. I had "External Links" turned off in Smugmug in the albums that did not load. Once I turned this on, everything worked. These were galleries I created a couple of years back, forgot I had those settings.
