We are a group of photographers that have all said how hard it was trying to find lens information when we are considering whether to buy a second hand lens. So we decided to start a web site which would hopefully be contributed to by like minded photographers, that have had the same problem.

We want to create a site that will, in the end, have all the lens data for all manufacturers.  Now we understand this is a tall order, but with your help this will be possible.

It is very hard to find information on lenses that is not owned by the photographic community, so we will welcome anyone and everyone adding content to this site. We would like to think that it will be a site run by and contributed to,  by photographers, for photographers…

Because we will be getting a lot of information on older lenses from other websites, then I apologise if we offend anyone with the copying of any information, if this is the case then please contact us and we will remove the information.

Make sure you read this bit.....

This website does have adverts but we intend to share some of the advert revenue with contributors in a very clear and transparent way, by displaying adverts on behalf of contributors if they wish.  This is a simple process, you just put your Amazon Associates account number in you Lens Reviews profile. Then on every lens you add the Amazon adverts on that page will be linked to your Amazon account. If anyone clicks on the Amazon link and buys a product then a percentage will go to you, normally about 4%(we don’t take anything). What is there to loose…..
